St. Paul's - San PabloLutheran Church was founded in 1887 to meet the spiritual needs of the Swedish Lutherans of the Phillips neighborhood of Minneapolis. Much has changed in the neighborhood, but our purpose remains strong:
to meet the needs of the neighborhood and faith community. As a community sharing Christ's love: We are multicultural, rooted in a neighborhood that has always received new immigrants. We are multilingual, worshiping in Spanish and English, where once we sang in Swedish. We are inclusive, making a place at the table for anyone who hungers. |
